Tato diplomová práce se zabývá implementací normy IFS ve vybrané potravinářské společnosti. Norma obsahuje požadavky na bezpečnost potravin, systém řízení kvality a systém HACCP. This diploma thesis deals with the implementation of the IFS standard in a selected food company. The standard contains requirements for food safety, quality management system and HACCP system.
