Využití Kohonenových sítí pro analýzu a predikci hospodářského vývoje sektoru dopravy v ČR

Abstract:

Jak si stojí sektor dopravy ČR a jaký má význam pro hospodářství České republiky? Jakým způsobem, jakou měrou a v jakém počtu ovlivňují podniky z tohoto sektoru sektor samotný? A co se stane, pokud zkrachují nejvýznamnější podniky ze sektoru dopravy a které to jsou? Právě odpověď na tyto otázky, a na mnohé další, řeší tato práce. V teoretické části práce jsou primárně řešeny problematiky vztahující se k tématu neuronových sítí, konkrétně pak klastrové analýzy, hospodářského vývoje sektoru dopravy ČR, a především jsou zmíněny pohledy a postoje významných autorů včetně výsledků studií, které byly na poli těchto problematik zpracovány. Pozornost je věnována především klastrové analýze za pomoci umělých neuronových sítí (ANN), konkrétně pak Kohonenovým sítím, které jsou hlavní metodou pro zpracování velkého objemu nejen účetních dat o dopravních podnicích. Metody použité pro analýzu dat jsou popsány v metodologické části práce. Výzkumná část řeší především problematiku vývoje dopravního sektoru v letech 2015-2018, a to primárně podniků v něm zahrnutých, a snaží se zmapovat nevýznamnější podniky z hlediska jejich významnosti pro daný sektor. Výsledky ukázaly, že celý sektor dopravy je ovlivňován primárně dvěma nejsilnějšími podniky, jejichž změny se v budoucnu budou projevovat nejen u podniků samotných, ale budou působit velkou silou i na samotný sektor dopravy. Pro tyto podniky byla provedena finanční analýza za pomoci poměrových ukazatelů, která ukázala, že i přes záporné hodnoty významných generátorů hodnoty jednoho z podniků, může tento podnik významně ovlivňovat dění na poli dopravy v ČR.

Abstract:

How is the transport sector of the Czech Republic and what is its significance for the economy of the Czech Republic? In what way, to what extends, and in what number can the transport sector companies influence the sector itself? And what happens if the most import ant companies in the transport sector go bankrupt and how can be identified? The answers to these questions, and to many others will be addressed at this thesis. The theoretical part of the thesis primarily focuses on the issues related to the topics of neural networks, specifically cluster analysis, economic development of the Czech transport sector, and especially the views and attitudes of major authors, including the results of studies that have been processed in regards to these problematics. The attention is paid mainly to cluster analysis with the help of artificial neural networks (ANN), categorically Kohonen’s networks, which are the main method for processing a large volume of not only accounting data on transport companies. The methods used for data analysis are described in the methodological part of this thesis. The research part deals mainly with the development of the transport sector in the years 2015-2018, primarily the companies included in it, and tries to map the most important companies in terms of their importance for the sector. The results showed that the entire transport sector is influenced primarily by the two strongest companies, whose changes will be reflected not only in the companies themselves but will also have a strong force on the transport sector itself. A financial analysis was performed for these companies with the help of ratios, which proved that despite the negative values of important generators of the value of one of the companies, this company can significantly influence events in the field of transport in the Czech Republic.
