Motives of Buying Organic Groceries in the Czech Republic and in Russia

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se věnuje problematice motivů nákupu biopotravin v Rusku a v České republice. Cílem práce je charakterizovat současnou poptávku po biopotravinách v Českérepublice a v Rusku, se zaměřením na motivy nákupu biopotravin v obou státech. Dílčím cílem této práce je odpovědět na otázku, zda biopotraviny jsou dočasnou tendencí, která přetrvá ještě několik let, nebo je to skutečná přeměna preferencí obyvatel ve směru zdravéhoživotního stylu a zdravé výživy. V praktické části je použitá metoda dotazníkového šetření,které je hlavním primárním zdrojem informací v této bakalářské práci. Hlavním zjištěním je to, že v České republice biopotraviny jsou poptávány více než v Ruské federaci. Biopotraviny jsou též poptávány více ve velkých městech, zejména v hlavních městech. Hlavními motivy pro nákup biopotravin jsou především snaha dodržovat zdravý životní styl, konzumovat nezávadné potraviny a pochutnat si na výraznější chuti.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with the theme of buying organic food in Russia and the Czech Republic. The aim of the thesis is to characterize the current demand for organic foodin the Czech Republic and Russia, focusing on the motives of purchasing organic food in both countries. The partial aim of this work is to answer the question whether bio foods are a temporary tendency that persists for several years, or it is a real transformation of the preferences of the population towards a healthy lifestyle and healthy nutrition. The mainfinding is that in the Czech Republic organic food is demanded more than in the Russian Federation. Bio foods are also sought more in large cities, especially in major cities. The mainmotives for buying organic food are above all the effort to maintain a healthy lifestyle,consume safe food and enjoy more appetizing flavors.
