Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na fenomén fascinace trestným činem vraždy a osobností pachatele vraždy. Teoretická část je zaměřena na vymezení násilného trestného činu vraždy, její úpravu v současném platném trestním zákoníku. This bachelor thesis focuses on the phenomenon of fascination with murder and the perpetrator’s personality. The theoretical section focuses on the definition of the crime of murder, and how it is defined in current criminal law.
