Revision of Quality Integrated Management System in TRUMF International s.r.o.

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá revizí integrovaného systému kvality ve společnosti TRUMF International s. r. o. Záměrem revize je provést implementaci nových požadavků norem ČSN EN ISO 9001:2016 a ČSN EN ISO 14001:2016 na systém managementu kvality a environmentu. Cílem práce je navrhnout řešení na efektivní zavedení nových požadavků pro integrovaný systém kvality tak, aby byla certifikace pro společnost úspěšná. Z důvodu zajištění účinné implementace byla provedena literární rešerše, jejímž hlavním záměrem je zpracovat informace z oblasti řízení kvality a potravinářství do ucelené formy. Tyto teoretické poznatky jsou následně využity pro tvorbu praktické části. Praktická část je zaměřena na provedení přechodového auditu a zjištění neshod, které musí společnost odstranit, aby mohla být certifikována dle aktualizovaného vydání norem. Na základě zjištěných nedostatků byla navrhnuta řešení, s cílem splnit požadavky norem, obhájit certifikaci a zefektivnit integrovaný systém kvality.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with the revision of the integrated quality system at TRUMF International s. r. o. The aim of the revision is to implement the new requirements of the ČSN EN ISO 9001: 2016 and ČSN EN ISO 14001: 2016 standards for the quality management system and the environment. The aim of the thesis is to propose solutions for the effective introduction of new requirements for the integrated quality system so that the certification for the company is successful. To ensure effective implementation, literary research has been carried out, the main purpose of which is to process information from the area of quality management and food industry into a comprehensive form. These theoretical knowledge is used to create a practical part. The practical part is focused on the implementation of the transition audit and the discovery of the non-conformities that the company must remove in order to be certified according to the updated edition of the standards. Based on the identified shortcomings, solutions have been proposed to meet the requirements of standards, to defend certification and to streamline the integrated quality system.
