Personnel management in the organization - recruitment, selection and hiring of employees

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na personální řízení v podniku, konkrétněji na získávání, výběr a přijímání pracovníků. Jako hlavní cíl této práce jsem si stano-vila navrhnout opatření, která povedou ke zlepšení a zefektivnění procesu vý-běru pracovníků ve vybraných podnicích. V první části jsou popsány všeobecné znalosti ohledně tématiky týkající se personálního plánování, dále již získávání, výběr a přijímání zaměstnanců formou literární rešerše. V druhé části, tj. prak-tické části, jsem nejprve provedla hloubkové interview s řediteli z každé spo-lečnosti a získala informace ohledně získávání, výběru a přijímání pracovníku z pohledu zaměstnavatele. Dále jsem provedla dotazníkové šetření v obou spo-lečnostech, kde hlavním cílem bylo zjistit subjektivní pohledy zaměstnanců na proces získávání, výběru a přijímání pracovníků. Následně jsou tyto různé po-hledy na výběrové řízení srovnány a zhodnoceny. V závěru práce jsou navrženy možná opatření, která povedou ke zlepšení a zefektivnění procesu výběru pra-covníků ve zkoumaných společnostech.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis is focused on personnel management in the company, more specifically on recruiting, selecting and hiring employees. As the main goal of this work, I set out to propose measures that will lead to the improvement and streamlining of the process of selecting employees in selected companies. The first part describes the general knowledge of topics related to personnel planning, as well as the recruitment, selection and hiring of employees in the form of literary research. In the second part, ie the practical part, I first conducted an in-depth interview with directors from each company and obtained information about the recruitment, selection and hiring of an employee from the perspective of the employer. I also conducted a questionnaire survey in both companies, where the main goal was to find out the subjective views of employees on the process of recruiting, selecting and hiring employees. Subsequently, these different perspectives on the tender are compared and evaluated. At the end of the work, possible measures are proposed that will lead to the improvement and streamlining of the process of selection of employees in the surveyed companies.
