Tato diplomová práce se zabývá odklony v trestním řízení představující tzv. alternativní způsob vyřešení trestní věci. Jejím cílem je podrobné seznámení s celkovou podstatou tohoto institutu. Práce se soustřeďuje pouze na typy odklonů, které jsou upraveny v trestním řádu. Abstract:
This diploma thesis deals with diversions in criminal proceedings representing the alternative way of resolving the criminal case. Its objective is detailed familiarization with the overall essence of this institute. The thesis focuses only on the types of diversions, which are regulated by the Criminal Procedure Code.
