Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá vlivem růstu mezd na fluktuaci pedagogických pracovníků v České republice. Cílem diplomové práce bylo zhodnocení změn ve fluktuaci pedagogických pracovníků po navýšení mzdových prostředků v posledních letech a zároveň návrh možných změn vedoucích ke zlepšení postupu přijímání nových pedagogických pracovníků. K zodpovězení výzkumných otázek byl využit smíšený výzkum, který zahrnoval analýzu sekundárních dat, dotazníkové šetření a polostrukturované rozhovory s řediteli škol. V rámci výsledků výzkumu byl prezentován růst mezd a situace s fluktuací pedagogů v České republice. Z dotazníkové šetření vyplynulo, že u pedagogů převažuje aktuálně spokojenost s platovým ohodnocením. Školství v České republice čelí problému s přirozenou fluktuací pedagogických pracovníků, konkrétně s odchody do důchodu. V otázce nových uchazečů o studium nekopíruje počet podaných přihlášek budoucí trend odchodů pedagogických pracovníků do penze. V závěru práce jsem na základě výsledků navrhl možnosti zlepšení situace. Jednalo se například o zvýšení mezd na úroveň průměru vysokoškolsky vzdělaných zaměstnanců z jiných oborů. Limitem výzkumu byla neznalost motivací uchazečů o pedagogické studium v České republice a motivace k odchodu stávajících pedagogických pracovníků, zde existuje prostor pro další výzkum.

Abstract:

The thesis deals with the impact of wage growth on the turnover of pedagogical personnel in the Czech Republic. The aim of the thesis was to evaluate the changes in the turnover of teaching staff after the increase in salary funding in recent years and at the same time to propose possible changes leading to the improvement of the recruitment process of new pedagogical personnel. To answer the research questions, a mixed-method research design was used, which included secondary data analysis, a questionnaire survey and semi-structured interviews with school principals. The results of the research were presented in terms of salary growth and the situation of teaching staff turnover in the Czech Republic. The questionnaire survey showed that teaching staff are currently predominantly satisfied with their salaries. The education sector in the Czech Republic is facing a problem with natural turnover of pedagogical personnel, namely retirements. In terms of new applicants, the number of applications does not follow the future trend of retirements. In the conclusion of the thesis, based on the results, I suggested ways to improve the situation. These included, for example, raising salaries to the level of the average for university-educated staff from other disciplines. A limitation of the research was the lack of knowledge of the motivations of applicants for pedagogical studies in the Czech Republic and the motivations for the departure of current pedagogical personnel, here there is room for further research.
