Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje tématu regulace hypotečních úvěrů ve vybraných zemích evropské unie. Hlavním cílem, kromě popisu procesu implementace, je analýza dopadů úvěrových ukazatelů v rámci makroobezřetnostní politiky, které mají za cíl omezit nadměrné úvěrování domácností. This bachelor thesis deals with mortgage loans regulation in selected countries of the European Union.
