Therapeutical rehabilitation plan and its application on adolescents with poor posture

Anotace:

Tato práce se zabývá problematikou vadného držení těla u adolescentů. Obecná část je zaměřena na charakteristiku, anatomii, klinické projevy a diagnostické postupy této problematiky. Ve speciální části je popsána komprehenzivní rehabilitace s kinezioterapií včetně speciálních technik užívaných při terapii vadného držení těla, fyzikální terapií a ergoterapií. Poslední část je věnována práci s pacientem. Zahrnuje kineziologický rozbor, krátkodobý a dlouhodobý rehabilitační plán a samotnou léčebnou rehabilitaci.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with the issue of poor posture of adolescents. The general part focuses on the characteristics, anatomy, clinical manifestations and diagnostic process of this issue. The specialized part describes comprehensive rehabilitation and kineziotherapy along with special techniques used in poor posture therapy, physical therapy and occupational therapy. The last part is devoted to the work with the patient. It comprises of the general assessment, the short-period and the long-period rehabilitation plan and the therapeutical rehabilitation process itself.
