Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na přičitatelnost mezinárodně-protiprávního jednání státu v prostředí ochrany investic. This diploma thesis deals with the attribution of internationally wrongful acts to the states in the scope of investment protection. Thesis is focused on introduction of the attribution as a legal instrument and its codification, together with the reflection of the question of its legally binding character.
