Anotácia:

Předmětem této bakalářské práce je sestavení podnikatelského plánu na založení kavárny bubble tea. Teoretická část se bude zabývat pojmy související s podnikáním a podnikatelským plánem. Praktická část se bude zabývat aplikací teoretických poznatků do praxe. Výstupem této práce je sestavení podnikatelského plánu na jehož úkor podnikatel zjistí předpoklady a možnosti úspěchu svého budoucího podnikání.

Abstract:

The subject of this bachelor thesis is the compilation of a business plan for the establishment of a bubble tea cafe. The theoretical part will deal with concepts related to business and business plan. The practical part will deal with the application of theoretical knowledge in practice. The output of this work is the compilation of a business plan at the expense of which the entrepreneur finds out the prerequisites for the success of his business.
