Diplomová práce se zabývá vzděláváním operátorů v oblasti krizové komunikace a krizové intervence obecně. Za pomocí kvantitativního výzkumu zjišťuje názory operátoru na vzdělávání v těchto oblastech a jejich zkušenosti při komunikaci s lidmi v akutní krizové situaci. The diploma thesis deals with the education of operators in the field of crisis communication and crisis intervention in general. With the help of quantitative research, it finds out the operator's views on education in the crisis intervention and their experience in communicating with people in an acute crisis situation.
