Bakalářská práce se zabývá postavením jednatele ve společnosti s ručením omezeným. Cílem práce je analýza jednatele se zaměřením na jeho funkci, povinnosti, práva a odpovědnost. My bachelor thesis discusses the position of the managing director in limited liability companies. The target of the thesis is the analysis of the managing director focused on his duties, rights, responsibilities and relations with limited liability companies.
