Předmětem diplomové práce je ochrana kulturních nemovitých památek. Práce se zaměřuje především na posouzení a zhodnocení právních aspektů ochrany nemovitých kulturních památek v České republice. Abstract:
The subject of this diplomat thesis is a conservation of immovable cultural monuments. The diploma thesis is mainly focused on assessment of legal aspects of conservation of immovable heritage in the Czech Republic.
