Diplomová práce se zabývá hodnocením finanční výkonnosti podniku, který působí ve stavebním odvětví v České republice. V teoretické části je definována finanční analýza, bonitní a bankrotní modely, ekonomická přidaná hodnota, náklady na kapitál, pákové efekty a udržitelný růst. The Diploma thesis deals with the evaluation of the financial performance of the company, which is active in the construction sector in the Czech Republic.
