The Hireing Process and Comparison of Interest in the Czech Army

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce s názvem "Výběr nového personálu a porovnání zájmu o AČR" se zabývá systémem rekrutace vojenských profesionálů Armády České republiky a jeho následným vyhodnocením. Cílem je vysvětlit postup plánování, přijímání a výběru zaměstnanců v AČR, následně pomocí analýzy dat a informací z dostupných publikací zjistit situaci lidských zdrojů v armádě a počty studentů, absolventů a uchazečů o studium na vojenských školách a závěrem navrhnout změny pro efektivnější a méně náročnější průběh rekrutace z pohledu peněžního i časového, jak pro zájemce o pracovní místo, tak i pro rekrutační středisko a také pro propagaci AČR u veřejnosti. Teoretická část vymezuje proces a základní pojmy ohledně personalistiky a řízení lidských zdrojů v organizacích, péči o zaměstnance a také popisuje průběh plánování, náboru a výběru pracovníků v civilní sféře, který se zásadně liší od toho v Armádě České republiky. Praktická část této práce se zaměřuje na proces výběru nového personálu v AČR, který je následován analýzou statistického vývoje zájmu o práci v AČR. V závěru se práce zaměřuje na zhodnocení výsledků analýzy a na poskytnutí návrhů změn, které by napomohli k zvýšení zájmu o studium na vojenských školách a o pracovní pozici vojáků z povolání v AČR.

Abstract:

The bachelor's thesis entitled " The Hireing Process and Comparison of Interest in the Czech Army" deals with the system of recruitment of military professionals of the Army of the Czech Republic and its subsequent evaluation. The aim is to explain the process of planning, hiring and selection of employees in the ACR, then use data analysis and information from documents to find out the situation of human resources in the army and the number of students, graduates and applicants for military schools and finally propose changes for more efficient and less demanding recruitment from the point of view of money and time, both for those interested in a job and for a recruitment center and also for the promotion of the ACR to the public. The theoretical part defines the process and basic concepts regarding human resources and human resource management in organizations, employee care and also describes the process of planning, recruitment and selection of employees in the civilian sphere, which is fundamentally different from that in the Czech Army. The practical part of this work focuses on the process of selecting new staff in the ACR, which is followed by an analysis of the statistical development of interest in working in the ACR. In conclusion, the work focuses on the evaluation of the results of the analysis and the provision of proposals for changes that would help increase interest in studying at military schools and working in the ACR as a professional soldier.
