Předmětem této diplomové práce je uvést teoretické informace o logistické regresi a aplikovat je na analýzu reálných dat z pojišťovnictví, které obsahují informace o pojistných událostech. The main goal of my master thesis is a brief introduction of the basic theory of logisdtic regression and its use in analysis of a real insurance data. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with a describtion of generalized linear models and then continues to logistic regression for binary, nominal and ordinal explanatory variable.
