Abstract:

Daná diplomová práce je zaměřena na možnosti využití nástrojů Big Data pro podporu inovací v bankovnictví. Hlavním cílem této práce je objasnění problematiky implementaci nástrojů Big Daty v bankovské sféře pro zvýšení efektivity tohoto směru dilnosti a následné navržení modelu, prostřednictvím kterého lze analyzovat Big Data a tím pádem podpořit dilnost banky. Daný cíl je naplněn vydefinováním termínů, které jsou spojené s teoretickými základy Big Data, představením na trhu dostupných nástrojů zpracování Big Data, analýzou bankovské sféře v Rusku, popisováním možností využití zpracování Big Data na příkladu ruské banky „Sberbank”, a předvedením prototypu modelu pro zpracování Big Data v jednotlivé bance. Hlavními přínosy dané práce je vymezení nástrojů Big Data, které banky mohou využívat a návrh modelu využití Big Data analýzy v jednotlivé bance, který působí v oblasti informačních technologií. Teoretická část diplomové práce obsahuje úvod do teoretických základy Big Data, dále následuje úvod do nejpopulárnějších nástrojů zpracování Big Data. Praktická část této práce je zpracována na základě informací o postupu implementace přístupu Data Driven Decision Making (DDMS) v ruské bance „Sberbank” a zaklade tohoto následný modelu zpracování Big Data v jednotlivé bance.

Abstract:

This thesis focuses on the possibilities of using Big Data tools to support innovation in banking. The main objective of this thesis is to clarify the issue of implementing Big Data tools in the banking sphere to increase the efficiency of this direction of dilligence and then to propose a model through which Big Data can be analyzed and thus support the dilligence of the bank. The given goal is fulfilled by defining the terms that are associated with the theoretical foundations of Big Data, introducing the Big Data processing tools available on the market, analyzing the banking sphere in Russia, describing the possibilities of using Big Data processing on the example of the Russian bank "Sberbank", and demonstrating a prototype model for Big Data processing in an individual bank. The main contributions of the given work are the definition of Big Data tools that banks can use and the proposal of a model for the use of Big Data analysis in an individual bank operating in the field of information technology. The theoretical part of the thesis includes an introduction to the theoretical foundations of Big Data, followed by an introduction to the most popular Big Data processing tools. The practical part of this thesis is based on information about the process of implementation of Data Driven Decision Making (DDMS) approach in the Russian bank "Sberbank" and the basis of this subsequent model of Big Data processing in the individual bank.
