Diplomová práce se zabývá trestněprávními aspekty domácího násilí. V úvodu se zaměřuji na domácí násilí obecně, konkrétně na sám pojem domácího násilí, jeho příčiny, znaky, formy a cyklus. Další část pojednává o subjektech domácího násilí, tedy pachateli a oběti domácího násilí. V další kapitole se podrobně věnuji právní úpravě domácího násilí, kde se kromě trestněprávní úpravy zabývám i úpravou občanskoprávní …more

The thesis deals with criminal aspects of domestic violence. At the beginning I focus on domestic violence in general, specifically, on the concept of domestic violence; its causes, signs, forms and cycle. The next section discusses the subjects of domestic violence, its perpetrators and victims.
