Retraining in the view of the individual requirements of their participants in Chrudim

Abstract:

Tématem bakalářské práce jsou rekvalifikační kurzy z hlediska individuálních požadavků jejich účastníků v okrese Chrudim. Cílem práce je zjistit, čím rekvalifikační kurzy odpovídají a čím neodpovídají individuálním požadavkům jejich účastníků. Práce se nezabývá objektivně měřitelným hlediskem rekvalifikačních kurzů, ale individuálním pohledem účastníků na rekvalifikační kurz. Rekvalifikace nemusí vždy odpovídat potřebám a očekávání účastníků. Teoretická část práce se věnuje představení rekvalifikací jako nástroje aktivní politiky zaměstnanosti, motivacím, očekáváním a požadavkům účastníků a konceptu zaměstnatelnosti v kontextu lidského a sociálního kapitálu. Data pro analýzu jsou získána z dotazníků a rozhovorů s účastníky kurzů. V empirické části je obsažena analýza a interpretace dat, jsou zodpovězeny dílčí výzkumné otázky a hlavní výzkumná otázka.

Abstract:

The BA thesis deals with the topic of retraining in the view of the individual requirements of their participants in Chrudim. The main aim of the thesis is to find how the retraining meets and does not meet the individual requirements of their participants. The thesis does not concern with objective and measurable part of retraining. It concern with individual view of participants. The retraining should not always meet the needs and expectations of participants. Theoretical part of thesis devotes to introduction of the retraining like the implement of active labor market, introduction of motivation, expectation and requirements of participants and the concept of employability in context of human and social capital. The dates for analysis are gained from questionnaire and interview. In the empirical part there are included analyses and interpretation of dates. The sub-questions and the main research question are answered.
