Exosome segmentation in TEM
Abstract:
This work adress problem of exosome segmentation from images created by transmission electron microscopy. Approaches for similar problems are discussed with respect to our dataset. New approach for segmentation of exosomes is proposed and is described in detail. The performance of all methods discussed in this work is tested over images containing exosomal particles.

Táto práca sa venuje problému segmentácie exosómov z obrázkov vytvorených pomocou transmisnej elektrónovej mikroskopie. Vysvetľuje známe riešenia podobných problémov a diskutuje vhodnosť aplikácie týchto riešení na obrázky obsahujúce exosómy.
