Bakalářská práce se zabývá sociálně-patologickými jevy na pracovišti v závislosti na genderové binaritě. Je rozdělena do pěti kapitol. První kapitola je zaměřena na teorii týkající se genderu. Ve druhé kapitole jsou v obecné rovině rozebrány konflikty. Třetí kapitola se pak týká samotných sociálně-patologických jevů. Abstract:
The bachelor thesis deals with socio-pathological phenomena in a workplace depending on gender binarity. It is divided into five chapters. The first chapter focuses on the theory of gender. Conflicts in general are discussed in the second chapter. The third chapter then deals with the socio-pathological phenomena themselves. The remaining two chapters are then in the practical part.
