Creating of medium-term plans of social services development within the specified locality

Abstract:

Ve své diplomové práci se věnuji oblasti plánování sociálních služeb se zaměřením na cílovou skupinu seniorů. Cílem této práce bylo odpovědět na otázku: „Jaký je postoj zadavatelů a poskytovatelů sociálních služeb pro seniory ve vybraném kraji k vytváření střednědobých plánů rozvoje sociálních služeb?“ Práce je rozdělena do tří následujících celků. V první z nich, části teoretické vymezuji používané pojmy: poskytovatel a zadavatel sociálních služeb, postoje. Dále popisuji možné přístupy a metody k vytváření koncepcí sociálních služeb a věnuji se podrobně metodě komunitní. V druhé, metodologické části zdůvodňuji použití zvolené kvalitativní metody a aplikovaných technik výzkumu. Cílem této práce bylo autenticky zjistit postoje zadavatelů a poskytovatelů sociálních služeb v regionu Zlína. V poslední analytické části poté shrnuji a interpretuji výsledky provedeného výzkumu. Na jejich základě je pak v závěru práce zodpovězena hlavní výzkumná otázka.

Abstract:

My thesis is focused on the area of planning of social services concentrating on seniors as target group. The objective of the document was to answer the question: „What is the attitude of submitters and providers of social services for seniors within the specified locality towards creating of medium-term plans of social services development?“ The thesis is divided into three following parts. In the first theoretical part I determinate terms that are used – provider and submitter of social services, attitude. Further I explain possible approaches and methods to creation of conceptions of social services and turn in detail to community method. The second methodological part gives reasons for usage of selected qualitative method and applied investigation technics. The aim of this work was to authentically discover the attitudes of submitters and provides of social services within the Zlin area. In the last analytical part I summarize and interpret the results of performed research. Based on the results I answer in the conclusion of the thesis the main research question.
