Rekords of accidents at work in new legislatione
Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá vznikem pracovního úrazu a vším, co je potřeba naplnit, aby se o něj jednalo. V celé šíři se zde snažím vystihnout spletitost pracovního úrazu a to včetně povinností, které jsou k pracovnímu úrazu vázány. Také se zde okrajově zabývám evidencí nemocí z povolání a činností orgánů inspekce práce, jako důležitých subjektů, které do této problematiky vstupují.
Abstract:
This buchelor thesis deals with occurance of occupational injuries and all of the conditions which needs to be met for such qualification. I endeavour to capture all the occupational injuries in their whole complexity, including the duties which are connected to them.
