Leadership and management - how to effectively manage for the purpose of achieving results

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá významem Leadershipu a Managementu – jak efektivně řídit za dosahováním výsledků. V teoretické části je uvedena hlavní podstata leadershipu, jak je vnímán ve srovnání s managementem. Příkladem jsou uvedeni významní leadeři, kteří svým působením ovlivnili svět. Nejsou opomenuty ani nové trendy v leadershipu, které mají vliv na dosažení úspěchu v organizacích. V praktické části je zpracován koncept leadershipu, který je používán ve společnosti Nestlé Česko, s.r.o. a má vliv skrz všechny úrovně managementu. Jsou rozpracovány jednotlivé kroky, které vzájemně na sebe navazují. V závěru je uveden návrh na další možný rozvoj v oblasti leadershipu, který by byl vhodným nástrojem, jak být i nadále konkurenceschopným.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis deals with the importance of leadership and management - how to effectively manage the achievement of results. In the theoretical part, the main essence of leadership is perceived as compared to management. An example of this is the significant leaders who have influenced the world by their influence. Even new trends in leadership that have an impact on success in organizations are not omitted. In the practical part, the concept of leadership, which is used in Nestlé Česko, s.r.o., wand have an influence through all levels of management, is elaborated. There are elaborated the different steps that follow each other. In conclusion, there is a proposal for further possible leadership development that would be an appropriate tool to remain competitive.
