Execution in taxation procedure
Abstract:
Práce je zaměřena na proces vymáhání daňových nedoplatků a na jednotlivé způsoby výkonu daňové exekuce, které správce daně volí a na postupy pro včasné a efektivní vymáhání daní. Poukazuje i na to, jak komplikované jsou jednotlivé způsoby výkonu exekuce.
Abstract:
The work is focused on the arrears of taxes recovery process and individual ways of tax execution, that are selected by a tax administrator and also on the well-timed and efficient tax enforcement. There are also complex ways of execution mentioned in the thesis.
