Předmětem bakalářské práce „Řízení kvality veřejných služeb – případová studie“ je srovnání dvou městských úřadu a jejich přístupu k řízení kvality služeb, přičemž jeden z těchto úřadů byl oceněn cenou Ministerstva vnitra.
