Tato práce se zabývá popisem procesu IPO, jeho fázemi, výhodami a nevýhodami. Důležitou součástí je též porovnání IPO s dalšími formami financování rozvoje podniku. This thesis describes the IPO process, its phases, the advantages and disadvantages. An important part of the this thesis is also to compared IPO with other forms of development finance company.
