Leasing according to Czech accounting standards and IAS/IFRS

Abstract:

Předmětem bakalářské práce je Leasing dle Českých účetních standardů a IAS/IFRS. Teoretická část je zaměřena na charakteristiku a druhy leasingu, jejich rozdílnosti v Českých účetních standardech a IAS/IFRS. Dále jsou zde komparovány další metody financování - jako je úvěr a koupě za hotové. V praktické části je na skutečném příkladu řešeno účtování jak dle ČÚS tak v IAS/IFRS. Dále je na stejném případu ukázáno účtování bankovního úvěru a koupě za hotové. V poslední části je vypočtena čistá výhoda leasingu a srovnání obou standardů.

Abstract:

The bachelor’s work is focused on Leasing by the Czech accounting standards and IAS/IFRS. The theoretical part is concentrated on characteristcs and the kinds of leasing and on the differences between the Czech accounting standards and IAS/IFRS. Another methods of financing are compared here, too, e. g. credit and buying for cash. In the practical part accounting in both accounting standards is solved on the real example. On the same example there is shown accounting by banking leasing and buying for cash. In the final part of the work I calculated the advantage of leasing and I compared both standards.
