Cílem mé diplomové práce je analýza problematiky dohod narušujících hospodářskou soutěž z hlediska české, evropské a americké soutěžní úpravy. Abstract:
The aim of my thesis work is to analyse the definition of anti-competitive agreements under Czech, European and American law. Therefore, my intention was to describe the current cartel enforcement system operating in these countries and to examine new dynamically evolving trends in competition law.
