Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá oblastí lidských zdrojů. Cílem práce je analýza systému motivace a odměňování zaměstnanců skladu v průmyslovém podniku Hennlich Industrietechnik. V teoretické části jsou definovány pojmy motivace, pracovní motivace a faktory ovlivňující motivaci. Dále jsou zde popsány koncepty motivace, způsoby tvorby mzdy a další formy odměňování.
