Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá nabídkou cestovního ruchu pro rodiny s dětmi ve městě Liberci. V první části jsou vedle obecné charakteristiky spotřebitelského chování zákazníka rozebrány také faktory ovlivňující rozhodování námi vybrané specifické skupiny návštěvníků – rodin s dětmi.
