Abstract:
Práce se věnuje výhřezu meziobratlové ploténky. Je rozdělena do tří části. Obecná část se skládá z anatomie páteře, struktury a funkce meziobratlového disku a z teoretického úvodu do problematiky herniace disků. Komplexnímu rehabilitačnímu plánu se věnuje speciální část. V kazuistice je uveden konkrétní pacient s paramediální výhřezem L4-L5.
Abstract:
The thesis deals with an intervertebral disc prolapse. It is divided into three parts. The general part comprises the anatomy of spinal column, the structure and function of intervertebral disc as well as the theoretical introduction to the question of a disc hernation.
