Diplomová práce se zabývá možnostmi obcí, jak ovlivňovat daň z nemovitých věcí, zejména její výnos. Za účelem zjištění, zda mají obce v České republice skutečně omezenou možnost, jak výši daně z nemovitých věcí regulovat, je v této práci proveden rozbor jednotlivých konstrukčních prvků této daně, které jsou porovnávány s právní úpravou daně z nemovitých věcí ve Velké Británii. This thesis deals with possibilities of municipalities, how to affect the immovable property tax, especially tax revenues.
