Cílem této diplomové práce je pojednat o procesu reakce-difúze, odvodit obecnou trojrozměrnou rovnici reakce-difúze, interpretovat ji vzhledem k fyzikální dynamice a nalézt její řešení v integrálním tvaru. Výsledkem této práce je také nalezení analytického řešení lineární rovnice reakce-difúze, rovnice reakce-difúze odvozené z Burgersovy rovnice s vnější silou a Fisherovy rovnice. Abstract:
The purpose of this master thesis is to discuss the reaction-diffusion process, to derivate general three-dimensional reaction-diffusion equation, to interpret it due to the physical dynamics and to found its solution in integral form.
