Abstract:
Předmětem práce je komplexní výklad problematiky ochrany svědků. Její autor se v ní nejprve zabývá důvody, proč by měla být ochrana svědka v právním řádu upravena, načež navazuje historií české úpravy ochrany. V návaznosti autor stručně popisuje její jednotlivé formy, se zvláštním zaměřením na ochranu zvláštní, kterou posléze porovnává s obdobnou úpravou zahraniční. The subject of this thesis is a complex evaluation of the topic of witness protection. Its author first discusses the reasons why should the witness protection be regulated, then continues with the history of the Czech legislation.
