Bakalářská práce se zabývá charakteristikou vzácných vrozených syndromů chromozomální instability, tedy etiopatogenezí onemocnění a jeho fenotypovým projevem. The bachelor thesis deals with the characteristics of rare congenital syndromes of chromosomal instability, the etiopathogenesis of the disease and its phenotypic manifestation. Furthermore, there is a detailed SCI diagnosis, which is based on both clinical and mainly laboratory diagnostics.
