Interdisciplinary approach to solve problems of domestic violence

Abstract:

Diplomová práce je zaměřena k problematice domácího násilí, které v současné době řeší mnoho vyspělých států, v kterých bývají uplatňovány principy emancipace na rozdíl od států, kde je žena považována za majetek muže nebo něco podřadného. V úvodu uvádím důvody, proč jsem si vybral toto téma práce. V první kapitole jsou uvedeny základní věci, týkající se domácího násilí – vymezení pojmu, znaky, formy s popisem jedné z jejich nejzávažnějších– sexuální. Ve druhé a třetí kapitole jsou popsány fáze, kterými prochází vztah s prvky násilí, dále psychické a duševní postihy, které změní reálné vnímání oběti. Následující kapitoly přibližují úlohu třech stěžejních pilířů v řešení odhaleného domácího násilí – policie, soudů a pomáhajících neziskových organizací. V sedmé kapitole se zabývám důsledky, které se u části obětí objevují po prožití násilného vztahu. V osmé kapitole je přiblížen jeden z důvodů, proč zejména ženy zůstávají v násilném vztahu a nesnaží se již v počáteční fázi od agresora odejít. V závěru teoretické části je uveden vhodný postup a zásady práce s obětí domácího násilí, přiblížení pozadí rodinných neshod a také prevence, která je nedílnou součástí k potlačování jakýchkoli nežádoucích jevů ve společnosti. Součástí práce je průzkumné šetření k formám domácího násilí, přes které subjekty jej ženy řešily, zda jim pomohly a také je-li nutná informovanost o problematice domácího násilí. V závěru je zhodnoceno domácí násilí v souvislosti se zjištěnými výsledky a možnost jeho řešení.

Abstract:

This diploma dissertation is focused on the domestic violence problems that are being solved in many developed countries recently. These are the countries where emancipatory principles are administered contrary to those where the social status of women is reduced to a mere property or considered to be something inferior. In the Introduction I describe the reasons why I got in this topic. The first chapter of the study comprises essential elements concerning domestic violence – the term specification, character and violence forms including description of the most serious one – sexual. The second and the third chapters contain description of stadiums specific to a relation with violence signs and further the psychical consequences that change the real perceptions of a victim. The following chapters deal the three main pillars in the field of solving home violence – the police, courts and non-profit associations. In the seventh chapter I deal with the possible implications of a violent relation for some victims. The eighth chapter focuses on the reason why especially women keep within the violent relationship and do not try to leave it at the very initial phase of it. At the close of the theoretical part of this work I mention of proper steps and principles of dealing with the victims. Further I focus on the background of family disagreements and prevention, which is an integral part of suppressing process in the field of unwanted social phenomena. The survey of domestic violence forms is another part of this work as well as detection of touched subjects – whether they were helpful and whether the foreknowledge of domestic violence problems is necessary. Finally the ending part evaluates home violence in connection with the observed results and suggests a feasible solution.
