Occupational therapist - a member of the multidisciplinary team for children with cerebral palsy

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce s názvem "Ergoterapeut člen multidisciplinárního týmu u dítěte s DMO" se skládá ze tří částí. Obecná část je zaměřena na definici, etiologii a prevalenci onemocnění DMO, klasifikaci forem a přidruženým poruchám DMO a v závěru její diagnostice a léčbě. Speciální část je věnována ucelenému systému rehabilitace a jeho základním složkám, zejména rehabilitaci léčebné, ve které jsou popsány nejčastěji používané metody fyzioterapie u dítěte s DMO a zvláště pak ergoterapie. Dále připravovanému návrhu zákona o koordinované rehabilitaci. A nakonec jsem se zaměřila na mezioborovou spolupráci v rámci multidisciplinární týmu v péči o dětského klienta s DMO. V hlavní části je popsána kazuistika dítěte s dětskou mozkovou obrnou, vstupní a výstupní vyšetření, krátkodobý a dlouhodobý ergoterapeutický plán a prognóza klientky.

Abstract:

Bachelor thesis titled "Occupational therapist a member of the multidisciplinary team in a child with cerebral palsy" consists of three parts.The first theoretical part is focused on the definition, etiology and prevalence of disease, cerebral pulsy, classification forms, associated disorders of cerebral pulsy and of its diagnosis and treatment at the end. The second special part is devoted to a comprehensice rehabilitation system and its basic elements, namely the rehabilitation treatment, which describes the most commonly used methods of physiotherapy of children with cerebral palsy and especially occupational therapy. Furthermore the upcoming draft law on coordinated rehabilitation. And finally it is focused on interdisciplinary collaboration within a multidisciplionary team in the care of a child client with cerebral palsy. The third and main part of my thesis is devoted to the case study of a child with cerebral palsy, input and output tests, short and long term plan for occupational therapy and prognosis clients.
