Prose and Theatre of the Absurd in the work of art of D. Kharms and A. Vvedensky

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with the elements of absurd prose and drama in the works of two Russian avant-garde authors - Daniil Kharms and Alexander Vvedensky. The first part of the thesis is mainly dedicated to the characteristics of absurd literature, and it presents two important artistic associations of Russian avant-garde, Chinari and OBERIU, in more detail. The second part of the thesis focuses on life, works, and analysis of chosen works of both authors. The thesis pays attention to the typical elements of absurd literature, as well as the peculiar attributes of both authors' works.

Abstract:

Předkládaná bakalářská práce se zabývá prvky absurdní prózy a dramatu v tvorbě dvou představitelů ruské avantgardy - Daniila Charmse a Alexandra Vveděnského. První část je věnována především charakteristice absurdní literatury a podrobněji představuje i dvě významná umělecká sdružení ruské avantgardy, a to Činari a OBERIU. Druhá část je zaměřena na život, tvorbu a analýzu vybraných děl obou autorů. Pozornost je věnována typickým prvkům děl absurdní literatury a také příznačným rysům tvorby každého z autorů.
