Práce se zabývá majetkovými cennými papíry z účetního a daňového pohledu. Cílem je vysvětlit účtování akcií a výnosy i náklady vzniklé z účetních operací zkoumat z daňového pohledu. The Bachelor thesis deals with property valuable papers in view of accounting and taxation. The aim is to explain the accounting of shares and income and expenses arising at book-keeping operations to investigate from the taxation point of view.
