Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na adaptaci nových zaměstnanců ve firemním prostředí. V první části jsou vysvětleny nejdůležitější pojmy vztahující se k této personální aktivitě, typy, oblasti a cíle adaptace. Druhá kapitola se váže k průběhu a fázím adaptačního procesu, jeho účastníkům a možným nástrojům, které slouží k usnadnění tohoto procesu. Cílem bakalářské práce je navrhnout adaptační plán a orientační balíček pro proces adaptace nových pracovníků ve vybrané organizaci na základě poznatků zjištěných v teoretické části a z rozhovorů se zástupci podniku.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis focuses on the adaptation of new employees in the corporate environment. The first part explains the most important terms related to this personnel activity, its types, areas and objectives of adaptation. The second chapter relates to the course and phases of the adaptation process, its participants and possible tools that serve to facilitate this process. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to design an adaptation plan and orientation package for the adaptation process of new employees in the selected organization on the basis of knowledge found in the theoretical part and from interviews with company representatives.
