Optimizing the adaptation process in the selected organizational subject

Abstract:

Předmětem této diplomové práce je optimalizovat adaptační proces v organizaci, identifikovat bariéry, které ovlivňují efektivnost adaptačního procesu a navrhnout smysluplné změny. Práce je rozložena do části teoretické a praktické. Téma adaptace zaměstnance je v práci popsáno a vyhodnoceno na základě poznatků získaných studiem odborné literatury týkající se daného tématu. Praktická část se soustřeďuje na kvalitativní výzkum. Pomocí polostrukturovaných rozhovorů je zjišťován aktuální stav adaptačního procesu v organizaci. V návaznosti na zjištění a informace získané z realizovaného výzkumu jsou formulovány návrhy a doporučení pro odstranění bariér v rámci adaptačního procesu a pro efektivnější zvládnutí adaptace nového zaměstnance.

Abstract:

The subject of this thesis is to optimize the adaptation process in the organization, to identify barriers that affect the effectiveness of the adaptation process and to propose meaningful changes. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The topic of employee adaptation is described and evaluated in the thesis on the basis of the knowledge obtained by studying the literature related to the topic. The practical part focuses on qualitative research. Using semi-structured interviews, the current state of the adaptation process in the organization is determined. In relation to the findings and information obtained from the conducted research, suggestions and recommendations are formulated for the removal of barriers in the adaptation process and for more effective management of the adaptation of a new employee.
