Bakalářská práce se zabývá syndromem vyhoření u praktických a všeobecných sester. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí – na teoretickou a empirickou. Cílem teoretické části bylo seznámit se blíže s pojmem syndrom vyhoření, jeho projevy, příčinami vzniku, rizikovými faktory, léčbou a v neposlední řadě prevencí a duševní hygienou. Abstract:
The bachelor's thesis deals with burnout syndrome in practical and general nurses. The thesis is divided into two parts - theoretical and empirical. The aim of the theoretical part was to get acquainted with the concept of burnout syndrome, its manifestations, causes, risk factors, treatment and last but not least prevention and mental hygiene.
