The claiming procedure peculiarity in the area of The Health Insurance Company activity

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou uplatňování a vymáhání pohledávek v oblasti veřejného zdravotního pojištění. Teoretická část práce vymezuje pojem pohledávky, její vznik a zajištění včetně provedení rozboru jednotlivých způsobů exekucí na peněžitá plnění. Hlavním cílem práce je však ukázat v praktické části jednak používané způsoby vymáhání pohledávek ve sledované oblasti včetně jejich specifik, jednak zhodnotit výhody a nevýhody dosud zavedených postupů a v neposlední řadě vyhodnotit zjištěné poznatky se záměrem zlepšit současný stav na Územním pracovišti v VZP ČR Přerov.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with the questions of the exercising and the extorting of the debst in the area of the public health insurance. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with the definition of the term debt, its beginning and funding including analysis design of the individual execution methods to the pecuniary payment. The main goal of this thesis is to show in the practical part the used ways of extorting of the debts in the observed area in-cluding their specifics and also to valorize the advantage and desadvantage of established procedure and not least to analyse the ascertained data with the intention of improvement of the actual stadium on the working place of the region Přerov.
