Motivation of workers in selected organization
Abstract:
Záměrem této bakalářské práce je se obeznámit s pojmy ohledně motivace jako je historie motivace, základní principy motivace a další. Dále je součástí práce seznámit se s vybranou organizací a obecné informace o ní. A na závěr díky výzkumu zhodnotit způsoby motivace pracovníků ve vybrané organizaci a následně zhodnotit klady a nedostatky motivování pracovníků v organizaci.

The intention of this bachelor thesis is to familiarize with concepts regarding motivation such as the history of motivation, basic principles of motivation and others.
