Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku zaměstnatelnosti osob se zdravotním postižením, a to zejména z pohledu možnosti uplatnění na regionálním trhu práce v okrese Louny. Cílem bakalářské práce je analyzovat, jak významnou roli hrají jednotlivé nástroje aktivní politiky zaměstnanosti při pracovním začlenění osob se zdravotním postižením. Tato bakalářská práce je rozdělena do dvou částí, na část teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části jsou vymezeny základní pojmy, které se zaměstnáváním osob se zdravotním postižením souvisejí, bližší specifikace právní úpravy věnující se této problematice a analýza regionálního trhu práce ve vztahu k zaměstnávání osob se zdravotním postižením. V praktické části je realizován kvantitativní výzkum, metodou písemného dotazování zaměstnavatelů. Cílem tohoto výzkumu bylo zjistit, jak významnou roli při pracovním zařazení osob se zdravotním postižení hrají nástroje aktivní politiky zaměstnanosti, tj. podpora státu při zaměstnávání těchto osob.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with the problem of employability of disabled people, especially in terms of the possibility of applying to the regional labor market in the Louny district. The aim of the thesis is to analyze how important role the individual instruments of active employment policy play in the labor integration of people with disabilities. This bachelor thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part defines the basic concepts related to the employment of people with disabilities, detailed specifications of legal regulations dealing with this problem and analysis of the regional labor market in relation to the employing of people with disabilities. In the practical part a quantitative research is carried out by the method of written questioning of employers. The aim of this research was to find out how important role the instruments of active employment policy play in the employing of disabled people, ie state support when employing these people.
