Collaboration between the teacher of kindergarten and the parents

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je vypracována na téma Spolupráce učitelky mateřské školy s rodiči. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a praktickou. První, teoretická část, se zabývá pojmy, týkajících se rodiny, spolupráce, komunikace a osobnosti dítěte, které byly zpracovány na základě volně dostupné odborné literatury. Shrnuje, jaká je situace v českých rodinách, přechod dítěte z rodiny do mateřské školy, popisuje spolupráci učitelky s rodiči a druhy komunikace. Seznamuje také s kurikulárními dokumenty o rodině a o spolupráci. Druhá, praktická část, se zabývá zjišťováním, jestli je spolupráce a komunikace funkční mezi učitelkami a rodiči a následným popisováním faktu. Průzkum probíhal metodou dotazníku, který rodiče dostávali na vyplnění písemně při příchodu nebo odchodu dítěte. Výsledek výzkumného šetření ukazuje, že spolupráce mezi učitelkou a rodiči v Mateřské škole Špálova probíhá takřka bez problémů a do dění ve škole se zapojuje více než ? dotazovaných rodičů. Pro praxi znamenal průzkum zjištění, kolik rodičů přibližně spolupracuje s Mateřskou školou Špálova a do budoucna je potřeba zapracovat na zlepšení ne tak pozitivních výsledků.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis is about Collaboration between the teacher of kindergarten and the parents. It?s dividend into two parts, the first part is theoretical and the sekond part is practical. In the first part, there are notions about family, cooperation, communication and children?s personality. It resumé the situation in Czech family, children?s transitiv from family to kindergarten and describes collaboration between the teacher of kindergarten and the parents and type sof thein communication. It also introduces curricular documents about family and cooperation. The sekond part is concerned about findings, if the cooperation and communication between teachers and parents is successfuland further description of the facts. The surfy was in the form of aquestionnaire, which was filled in by parents hen children arrived/left the kindergarten. The result of the surfy shows, that the collaboration between the teacher of kindergarten and the parents of kindergarten at Špálova street have been running with no signifiant complicatiion and there are taken part in it more than ? of the parents. For practical purposes, this surfy shows how many parents are collaborating with the teacher of kindergarten and kindergarten and that in the futur ethere is still some room to improve not so positive results.
