Abstract:

Bakalářská práce „Optimalizace procesu nesériového příjmu“ popisuje činnost příjmu nesériových zásilek a jejich následné zpracování ve firmě RB-JHP, zabývající se výrobou dieselových čerpadel a dieselových vstřikovacích systémů Common Rail. Teoretická část charakterizuje pojmy logistika, logistické cíle, logistické technologie, systémy skladování a zásoby. Po těchto charakteristikách následují výzkumné otázky a metodika práce s jednotlivými metodami a analýzami. V aplikační části, je představena firma RB-JHP, s.r.o., její výrobky a úsek nesériového příjmu zboží, který je hlavním předmětem práce. Následuje realizace metod a optimalizací, jejich vyhodnocení a následné shrnutí v diskusi výsledků.

Abstract:

This Bachelor thesis, called „Optimalization process of non-series income“ deals with an activity of income non-series packages and their following processing in a company RB-JHP, s.r.o. which follow production of diesel pumps and diesel injection systems Common Rail up. The theoretical part of thesis characterizes terms as logistics, logistics objects, logistics technologies, systems of storage and supply. Exploratory questions and methology of work decription of various methods an analysis are characterized in the next chapter. RB-JHP, s.r.o. company itself, its products and section of non-series income are describedin the application part of the thesis. The section of non-series goods income, is also the main theme of the thesis. Than followin part is realization of methods and optimalizations, their valuation and final summary in the results´ discussion.
